Assessment Type: Project- group project.
Purpose: Students will develop an innovative, medium-sized application for a smart phone or tablet that can be commercialised. This will involve problem solving and design skills acquired in this subject. Students will be working in a group of 3-4 students. Each student is required to work towards this project. This assessment is designed to reinforce the foundation theories taught and developed students’ skills and application of knowledge of the subject content. This assessment relates to learning outcomes c.
Value: 20% (Group Project report 15%, Group Work Activity 5%)

The Health Prediction application should allow users to get instant guidance on their health issues through an intelligent health care application online. First you have to add various symptoms and the diseases or illness associated with those symptoms in your databases of application. The application should allow user to share their symptoms and issues. It then processes user’s symptoms to check for various illness that could be associated with it and your application should generate result according to symptoms mentioned.
