Case: Group Case Analysis - For this case analysis assessment task, your group is required to submit a strategic framework to critically evaluate strategic areas (such as general environment, Industry analysis, Competitor analysis, strategy formulation and strategy implementation) for Australia Post. [ This is an update to the current Unit Outline ]. There is a case study for Australia Post in the Hanson et al Textbook. You will be expected to make extensive use of the case analysis process (see Textbook pg 420), theories and models of strategic management.
