Report section 2 - Options, issues, and benefits for the organisation of human resource development, and how the needs analysis and assessment will support the organisation’s sustainable performance
• Issues and benefits in needs assessment identified from Report Section 1 (200 words)
• Options for conducting a needs assessment identified from Report Section 1 (400 words) ie what potential options are there for the implementation of a needs assessment?
• How the needs assessment will support the organisation’s sustainable performance identified from Report Section 1 (200 words)
Report section 3 - A recommended set of actions for the organisation to implement a human resource development needs analysis and assessment
• Possible actions for the organisation to take in needs assessment (400 words)
• A set of recommended actions (300 words)
