Investigate a form of (formal) report written in your industry (or at your workplace) and research what makes it effective. Critically analyse specific characteristics and justify your choices. Consider using examples to back up your statements.
You may select any form of formal written report, such as
workplace health&safety report

Your post should analyse ideal characteristics of the type of report you are using as example. For instance, which sections does it have, what kind of information does it include, what is the purpose of the report?
Include justifications for your chosen characteristics (cite min 2 resources).
Consider using one or more specific examples to add value to your post.
You must include reference to literature.
Use at least 2 in-text citations per post.
Reference the resources (books, articles, or documents) using APA 6th style in the reference list.
The purpose of this assessment is to analyse what an exemplary report format looks like. You do not need to mention the company you work for nor should you include any confidential information in your post.
