Specifically, you will be required to write a plan on how you can achieve one (1) personal short-term goal. And explain how this short-term goal affects your role, responsibilities, and accountabilities. Briefly build a plan to achieve this goal. Explain how this goal relates to your current work role, responsibilities and accountabilities.
Guidance: For your short-term goals, you may be guided by the responsibilities outlined in the Fitness Instructor job description. You may also do your own research on the typical responsibilities and accountabilities involved in a typical Fitness Instructor role.
