You will need to research current theories and practices from the literature as they relate to the content covered in class during weeks 4 (job Analysis & design, work life balance), 5 (recruiting & selecting employees) and 7 (managing employee performance). This research should be used to provide evidence that supports your evaluation and recommendations.

Case Study Outline – This section of your draft will be the information you find about the company and will be the starting point of your report sections 2.0, 3.0 and 5.0.
