In this report you will choose a policy concern for your national context. You will outline that concern and describe why the ideas of globalisation, development and sustainability are relevant to that issue. You will outline a potential policy direction to address the matter in a sustainable way.
o Identify the issue and provide relevant data, materials and literature
o Explain its relevance to education
o Define globalisation, development and sustainability in relation to the educational issue
o Explain how education can address the matter
o Provide discussions of relevant national (or provincial, state, district or local government) policy or legislation in which this issue is nested.
o Imagine yourself as a leader in your local community attempting to address this issue, or as a senior officer advising the minister.
Use both clear and practical language to communicate the matter but draw on academic literature where appropriate. This is an action paper not simply an academic paper. A reference list is required and usual referencing protocol applies.
