Assessment instructions Your project proposal has been approved. You now have the go ahead to plan for the project. As an extension of your assessment 2 project proposal, you will form student teams to proceed with one of your project plans from initiation to execution.
Your group project plan should include a plan that covers the full project life cycle and transition from each stage.
*It is expected that you make full use of the different templates that are provided for each topic as visual elements to support and communicate the merits of your project proposal.
A. Introductory contextual information about the project (provide a brief description of the project which includes the project title, project purpose and objectives, project priorities and the selected scope for this assessment).
B. Stakeholder analysis, engagement and communication plan
C. Project Scope and Work Breakdown Structure
D. Develop a network plan and identify the critical path
E. Develop and analyse the project schedule
F. Outline the project budget and resource requirements
G. Design a risk management plan (the major risks for your project and develop a risk response plan).
H. Outline the leadership requirements for this project (managing project teams)

At the start of your group work, you should complete a team charter (a guide can be found in the assessment section). Ensure that all team members contribute to this and that each has a final copy. Also provide the completed and signed charter to your lecturer.
Each student is also required to submit a peer evaluation that will be taken into consideration in awarding individual marks.
