1) Interpret/describe your personality profile using all of the IPIP and HEXACO factors, and the HEXACO facets that are of interest to you. Consider how well the factors and facets collectively reflect or describe aspects of your personality and/or behaviour. In your answer, give examples of how the profiles do/don’t reflect your personality, and why/why not.
2) Look at the similarity and discrepancies between your self-rated and other-rated IPIP NEO and HEXACO profiles. What might similarities or differences say about the strengths, weaknesses, and validity of personality inventories, and of the way we conceptualise personality? Include possible explanations for your points in your answer (e.g. think about the inventories themselves, the test-takers, the test-taking conditions, etc.)
