Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is for students to reflect on group decision making based on their experiences in completing Assessment 1. The assessment is an experiential case analysis that allows students to apply their knowledge of decision making and theories to their own experience.
Description: Individually analyse and reflect on the group decision making processes experienced when completing Assessment 1: Case Study Analysis Group Task. The evaluation must apply an analytical approach based on theories and models of group decision-making and conflict management.
