Task details: The structure of firms and the decision-making process has been impacted by the innovations coupled with the advancement of new information and communication technologies (ICTs) and the evolution of the internet. The transformations taken by the ICT with the advancements of Web technologies and social media is vital in the new economic and social environment because of the influence of the changes in the competitiveness of the organizations.
