Task You are required to review and prepare a report on the contract. In particular, you should consider the following matters:
1 What are the requirements for a valid contract, citing the relevant case law;
2 What structural elements are missing in the reviewed contract;
3 Draft the suggested improvements which will improve the contract
Word Limit No set limit but a guide is 5-7 pages
Referencing AGLC and correct in text referencing required
Presentation The font is Arial, text must be spaced 1.5 and justified. There is also a requirement for a Bibliography
Academic Misconduct Any form of academic misconduct will result in the assignment receiving a mark of zero and will be reported for further disciplinary action.
