This assessment is delivered in two parts, a proposal and then a business report. In the first part of the assessment you must write a short proposal (bullet points will suffice) of what will go into the report that you will write about in your second assessment. So This proposal’s world limit is 500 words.
The topic is implementing a digital communication strategy within an organisation using an internal intranet/social Intranet for employee interaction.
Instructions:
Use the following structure for designing your proposal (bullet points of what will be included in each element will suffice):
• Introduction
State the purpose of your proposal and list any assumptions or limitations under which your proposal is to be read
• Background
Use the research you conducted in assessment 1 to clarify the topic further and state how you will apply the evidence you gathered. (Assessment 1 is attached below. That was an Annotated Bibliography assignment which I did to find resources to start the upcoming assignments. I suggest that you can get information from there as well but I would like you to find any new sources that you think suitable to propose the project in a logical flow. The topic is on implementing a digital communication strategy within an organisation using an internal intranet/social Intranet for employee interaction. Since you need to write the report later after completing this proposal, the proposal has to be in logical way of how to implement the strategy.
• Context
Provide a context of the organisation that you will use in your report to demonstrate relevance or to implement your chosen strategy. Choose any organization that you think it is best. (You have to name and choose an organisation which intranet is not using at the moment)
• Proposal
Provide a high-level outline that shows what you are intending to include in your report.
The proposal document serves to provide you with a blueprint of the content for the report you will write.
