GANTT CHART
Create a Gantt chart documenting a work day in your personal life in full.
You are to commence and start the Gantt chart from the time you wake up until you turn in to bed documenting and recording all daily Activities and Tasks.
A suggested sample of a completed Gantt chart is provided below. You can use spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel to prepare tables or you can use Open Office software that is free. You may also wish to prepare on free hand drawing.

ASSESSMENT TASK 4: 40 MARKS
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Assessment brief and instructions:
Using your current role and workplace or a management role you have had in a previous workplace, prepare a written report addressing the following issues. If you have not worked before, conduct research on the first management role that you think you will get, and based your paper on this role.
Your report paper is intended to provide an overview of yourself as an individual in your personal and work life and to give you the opportunity to reflect on how your strengths and weaknesses impact aspects if your life. It is also an opportunity for you to show how well you have understood the learning in this unit and gives you the opportunity to apply it to your own experiences and life in a holistic way. Finally the report is further opportunity to reflect on where you would like to go and your goals for the future.

The assessment criteria are stated at the end of this paper. Students will have to achieve competency in all the factors listed in the assessment criteria. For marking purposes, each task carries weight of 5 marks which equates to a total of 40 marks.
