The purpose of this assignment is for you to demonstrate that you are able to write a well-structured academic style essay which would be suitable for higher education study. Your essay must include Harvard Referencing, using a minimum of 4 sources. You must include both direct and indirect quotes (and paraphrases).
Follow the structure, features and steps as outlined in class.

Please write an Academic essay on the choice of topics given by your teacher.
• The planning of your essay will be conducted in class. It is expected that you keep up with the development stages of your essay (your teacher will tell you what part of your preparation you will need to complete by the end of each week). If you have any difficulties keeping up with this, please see the Director of Studies.
• Your final version will be submitted (uploaded) by you using Moodle at the end of Week B4 (when your assignment is due). Before that, your teacher will show you how to check your own assignment for plagiarism using Turn-it in in Moodle. Failure to submit your final essay on time will result in a penalty of 5% deducted from your final mark for each day your assignment is late).
• You must include an essay cover sheet
• You must include at least 4 quotes (at least 2 direct and 2 indirect quote), with appropriate CQU Harvard Referencing style.
