Format Report
Objective The primary purpose of this assessment is to assist students to develop skills in the use of change process and management theories and models in the analysis of a typical business situation that has organisation and structural change and development concerns. The assignment requires you to analyse the current situation, and suggest practical and probable solutions.
The secondary purpose of this assignment is to give students the opportunity to apply their research, analysis, critical thinking and written communication skills, particularly the ability to write a business report.
Task In this assessment, you will build on your initial literature review, applying your analytical and decision-making skills to answer your selected Case Study questions.
The final report will include the introduction and literature review you prepared in Assessment 1, revised as necessary to address the research questions and make a coherent report.
This document will be a valuable addition to your portfolio of work.

Research A thorough knowledge of the relevant material demonstrated through use of an appropriate body on quality sources 20%
Analysis Identification of the issues, critical analysis, and clear argument supported by evidence 30%
Application of theory/literature Application of theory and literature and integration into the discussion of the case 30%
Presentation A structure with a clear introduction, well organised material, and a strong conclusion. Correct referencing of sources 10%
Communication Clear and concise written communication, including grammar 5%
